Hi, Please give me an update on my order, I feel like you are now taking the mick as I have never had ONE mail from you since my order on the 3rd of November, except after my first complaint, when I called (again) at the start of last week you told me that there would be a kit made up within two days, I fully expected this to arrive at the weekend/start of the week. This has been the WORST online shopping experience that I have ever had, customer service is totally pathetic, I am going to be buying another full kit c/w transmtter etc in January for myself but rest assured it will not be at your shop, hopefully my sons kit will arrive before my birthday on the 11th Jan or he will be getting my Kit. I will be posting about my shopping experience with you on various forums, you may say that the Mardave guy closed the entire production line down, fair enough, there is still no excuse for no correspondense at all. Customer service is poor. It appears as though items are in stock on website but they are clearly not as I have not got my items from them after nearly two weeks of them saying 'we are just waiting for them to come in from the supplier'. Had they been honest in the first instance and stated that they do not have things in stock then I would have shopped elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would. I will never use this company again and will advise others on any of the RC forums to not use them either. Very poor. read more

Ha ha ha This webshop and its customer care is a total joke, didn't even want to give it one star. Shame I didn't see these reviews before I made my order. Only half of the items ordered where delivered the rest should be delivered later, possibly they will be, but not in this life I guess. A refund of the money then don't think so! wouldnt use their website or infact their company as customer service is non existent....my son paid via paypal for a charger on 24th january and today after about a dozen phonecalls (oh it'll be in tomorrow,oh it'll be in next week and so it went on)to the most inanimate people i have ever spoken too have we received a refund...... couldnt even say it was poor customer service cos there is no customer service whatsoever!! read more
