Daylin went beyond to just close a deal... she did what no other realty team could. Trust Realty helped us find our home and not just a piece of Real Estate. It was such a personal relief to finally find a realty company that made us feel like family (and it was a team effort) which cared more about us than "the deal". Trust Realty understood us and always had our best interest. I thank God to have entrusted everything with their team. This summer we decided we needed a larger home and we contacted Juan, once again. In a matter of 5 days we were under Contract with our dream home. He was able to find us a home with the exact requirements we were looking for and we were ecstatic. Juan spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Juan made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't. Along with being the realtor on the transaction, he also acted as the Mortgage Broker; he was thorough throughout the entire process, kept me informed and was able to close the loan within 30 days of signing the Contract (which is completely unheard of in this market). It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended Juan Huice and Primetime Realty Group, Inc. to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to purchase your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor & Mortgage Broker.

Although that first home was way out of our budget, Juan, unlike the previous realtors we worked with, did not give up. Not once did he tell us what we were looking for was impossible. He really seemed to care about helping us find the right home. His positive attitude and optimism were a breath of fresh air. From the first day we met with him, he was great! He showed us several homes and was so patient with us. When we found our home, he went above and beyond to get us the deal we were looking for! Even after we signed, he made sure to follow up and see how we were enjoying the house, that truly shows how much he cares! We are very grateful that we came across Juan and would love to do business with him again in the future. 100% recommended!!

I would highly recommend William and Flat Fee Florida Realty…read more I previously had my house listed with a full price realty company and it sat on the market for over 6 months unsold with barely any showings. After firing that company I hired William and he got me a full asking price offer in like a week or two. Not only that but his listing was much better than what the other company did. His pictures were better quality, he did drone shots, virtual staging and a 3D tour, none of which the other company did. I was concerned at first if I would get the same level of service as the more expensive realtor, however he provided BETTER service than the other company ever did. He personally responded to all my calls and messages quickly and always kept me up to date on what was going on. We had some issues with the HOA approval and William managed to work through the issues and got us to the closing.
