If this had been my first experience with this company, they would have received one star! I can't say that their drivers are very friendly, but at least their cars aren't falling apart like some of the other companies in the area. However, they seem to be the only company that struggles with finding our house. This was the first time that I booked in advance as it was the first time I needed to be somewhere on time. Because their app had been mentioned the last time I used their taxis and on their website, I decided to try it out. The app doesn't recognize our street, so that was problematic. And when I searched for the rail station, it didn't appear, so I had to use the map to drop a pin. I received a text when it went through, but I rang up anyway to make sure... the phone rang for about 10 rings and then I hung up. I decided I was probably being too cautious and decided not to try ringing again.
In the morning, I kept an eye out for the taxi as I know they often drive past the street and then call saying they can't find the place. 5 minutes after I booked the taxi, I called... the phone rang for quite some time. It definitely rang for longer than the night before. Someone finally picked up and when I asked about my booking, he said that it looked like the taxi was 5 minutes away, 10 at most. When the taxi did arrive, it was about 13 minutes after the time I booked for. We were on our way when the driver asked me what time my train was. I said that I was going to miss it as it was in 2 minutes. This is when he decided to lecture me. He said that I should book further in advance and then he said that I should book half an hour before I need to go to the train station. I may have snapped back for the idea that it is my fault that he arrived 13 minutes after the time I booked for a journey that has never taken more than 10-12 minutes.
