Nice location & employees. Needed passport photos... they're free with a AAA Plus membership…read more Called to ensure they did them at this location (Yelp said they did, but I wanted to be sure that was current info... it is) & to ensure they were open, since they're 1/2-hr drive from Boca. As a note to W. Boca residents, the Delray office is the closest AAA location to us. Every Membership Services agent was busy (about 1/2-dozen), but I was waited on immediately at reception & waited exactly 5-seconds for Trudy in Travel to greet me with a smile & take my pics. The woman at reception also alerted me that I'd need to remove my white sheer shirt, which I wore over a black tee. There are State Dept rules about the pics: 2"x2" color pic, white background, no white shirts, so much room from the top of pic & bottom, parameters on how much face/hair needs to be shown, specific lighting, etc... this is why you should skip paying for them at passport photo places, who often do them wrong according to recent Yelp reviews (too dark/light & retakes need to be done... not convenient when having upcoming travel plans) & come to AAA... they're savvy on all the laws. Even if you have to pay $20 more to upgrade to a Plus membership from basic, or pay for the pics should you not want the Plus upgrade, it's the same cost as getting them elsewhere & you get additional benefits for 1-yr, too. Trudy was kind enough to take 4 pics with a digital camera, as the 1st few made me look like I was on a bender from Federal Prison. Another note is, the State Dept wants a face-in-repose pic... no toothy smiles, only a half smile with no teeth showing, at most. She showed each one to me & kindly gave her input on why it should be taken again. She printed & cut them within a minute & gave me 2 copies in a small protective cover, 1 as insurance as they need to be attached via 4 staples to the passport renewal form. All in all, the whole process took 5-min. I visited on a Fri around 2pm & parking was competitive, but spaces are available, although you'd need to walk 50' or so, which is just a note to those who may need handicapped parking... there are 3-4 spaces, but this place is hopping & they're taken up quickly... people in, people out on a regular basis. Also, the AAA location is at the end of a strip mall with some very busy stores, like Ross, so I'm guessing the huge lot is often filled with cars. All in all, a nice place to visit & employees were very helpful. 5* out of 5.

Great service from staff for notary services. AAA made this is a really easy task vs other banks…read moreand shipping stores which had no availability for weeks or wanted $10 per document. Thanks to Natalie Sutton and branch staff for A+ service.

Wow, where do I begin?…read more We've had GEICO for well over 10 years with no claims since 2005. And that 2005 claim was because my car was vandalized in front of my home. No moving violation, no ticket, etc.. Since that time, there have been no incidents until recently when within a period of 2 years, 3 of my family members were struck by other people causing injuries which continue to linger to this day. 1 incident was our fault which resulted in some scratches to another vehicle and some pain transfer. No injuries at all.....I know, when it rains, it pours. No speeding tickets, no moving violations, etc. About 2 months ago we were notified that GEICO was dropping us when our policy; to end on July 15th(which at the time of this writing, is tomorrow). I called some of the top rated insurance brokerages both nationwide firms and local firms and time and time again we were told we were un-insurable. I figured we would have to go with some place that sold cheesy bottom of the barrel insurance but boy was I surprised when even those bottom rated companies turned us down as well. Too many claims in too short a period of time we were told again and again. Even though only 1, the most minor was was out fault. Even though the others were not our fault none of the insurance companies cared. We were told our only option was "FAJUA" The Florida Automobile Joint Underwriting Association. Also known as the "Insurance of Last Resort". So, I called someone that writes FAJUA insurance. It took nearly 6 hours for them to call me back with a quote. We were told $8000 down payment and $4000 per month for the basic FL pip coverage. Totally UN-affordable; and for the minimum crappy insurance coverage, they wanted us to pay. So now I'm totally thinking we're screwed and making plans to sell my car. I figured we could use the money to Uber/Lyft to wherever we needed to go for the next 2 years until our insurance profile improves. However my wife kept searching on the internet and came across several web sites to call and get quotes. She spent hours filling in info and calling and was up until nearly 1:00am trying to find someone that could help us. Finally someone took our info and said an agent would call us in the morning. The next morning (this morning) my wife gets a call from Erik Farrell with a company called Insurance World Boynton, right off (West) Boynton Beach Blvd. He spoke to my wife and they chatted about our issues and about some ideas. He then called me and discussed some of my ideas and he said he thought he had some options for us. Well I guess it helps when you've been in the insurance business and helping people with every imaginable precarious situation out there for 25+ years because he definitely found a creative solution to our problem. Not only did he find us a creative solution to our auto insurance problem, but HE ENDED UP SAVING US MONEY TOO!!!! With the technology at hand nowadays I didn't even have to drive from Miami to Boynton to sign and pay. It was all handled digitally. Now, my wife and I are insured with pretty darn good coverage and tomorrow at midnight when GEICO's policy runs out, www.insuranceworldboynton.com has us covered!!! Thank you Erik for truly incredible service. You went above and beyond what everyone and anyone in the auto insurance industry was capable of. You think outside the box and your experience with and knowledge of insurance is out of this world. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you! Dr. Todd Narson (and family) Miami Beach, FL
