They did not keep her in a kennel but in their home with loving, tender care. They were wonderful organizing her trip to the US from Paris, taking care of getting a regulation size kennel and necessary paper work for the long trip home on Air France. My daughter was very grateful for the to pick up her lab happy and healthy. They really run a first class operation.

The price per day for our dog was 10 euros which included one meal. There was an additional charge for overnight stays. Definitely bring a bed for your dog and a toy as the kennels are metal or for larger dogs cement floors and can be cold. The kennels were extremely clean and the staff were very friendly. The staff are not allowed to open the kennels or take your dogs out of the kennel for any reason and definitely not for a walk. There is no exercise facility area in the centre, so you definitely need to come back to visit your animal for frequent exercise and bathroom breaks during the day. You can easily check your dog in and out to do this. My dog typically will not want to go back to a kennel facility if she is unhappy or has been mistreated or is uncomfortable. My dog was tugging after our walk to go back to the facility and was wagging her tail and jumping upon returning. She was ALWAYS happy to go back and excited to see the people and other animals. You are able to check out the kennel that your dog will be placed in as you have to walk back and place your dog there. I was happy to first check out the area, as I had noticed some water at the bottom of the recently cleaned kennel, and they offered me a dry alternative and apologised profusely for having missed that as the person had just come on duty. To stay here your animal must be microchipped and have a valid rabies vaccination certificate translated in French and issued by a licensed vet.

The staff is very friendly and you'll have to fill in some forms and provide a dog identity card with information about vaccinations from your vet (see the official website). We paid 25 euros for the day, which includes water and food. The cages are about 1m x 1.5m and contain a wooden plateau for half of its surface. But definitely bring something for your dog to sleep on, we brought a little dog bench which our dog knows and is comfortable in, a blanket or bed would be great as well. You can come back as often as you want to walk your dog in the parking lot or on a small field next to the animal care center. The first time I came back our dog seemed to have given up all hope and looked very sad, expecting he was abandoned forever. After a 10 minutes walk he was completely fine with going back inside and the next times I came to visit he was just happily sleeping and not worried at all. Overal we were very happy that this solution was available so we could take our dog with us on our trip.
