Their prices are moderately competitive to other local stores but the big plus is they are open Sundays and up to 7pm. Overall nothing special.

Zero response to emails and text messages as the appointment time came and went. Voicemail box is always full, so can't leave messages. First reached out to Stacey (owner) in June to request more information prior to paying and received an email saying she just moved, but she could call in the next few days. I waited a week before reaching out again to set up a time for a quick call. No response. On July 7th, I took the risk to pre-pay based on all of the positive reviews, with faith that she would then be motivated to discuss the details of my order. I received an email stating that she is going on vacation until July 18th. She made no effort to schedule a chat, so I responded with a request to talk on Monday, July 18th, after her vacation. Stacey suggested a mid-day call and I confirmed a 12pm time.....no call, no response, no bueno!! Unfortunately, if I do not receive a refund or even a response, then it changes from bad customer service, to fraud. Steer clear and save yourself the added stress to an already stressful and emotional process.
