It's a zoo and hundreds of people pour in and it takes ages to get in and out of this place. The German obsession with IKEA is something I simply will never understand. The selection is huge but I don't appreciate how they make you walk through each section whether you want to or not. This is something I have never liked about IKEA, specially when you are fighting your way through impatient people or people just hanging about browsing and blocking isles :-) It's a somewhat necessary evil if you want to furnish your house on the cheap :-) I like some of their stuff but many things I simply would not buy here, and worry about assembling when you get home ;-)

In the US they would have gone out of their way to find a way to make things better. I guess they don't respect their German citizens at this company. We felt completely tricked and misled by their deceptive practices. Even when we called them they were zero help. This company's dishonesty was shocking. Their lack of transparency and integrity is a serious red flag. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company if you value straightforward and honest service. I'm exploring additional options to ensure the higher-ups are made aware of this issue. Zero stars would be fit but unfortunately it doesn't allow me to.
