Anyway, we (my wife and I) found a landscaping company that treated us like appreciated customers, not like we owed them our business. If the same effort that went into the public retaliatory response to my first review had been directed toward quality customer engagement, they might have had a happy customer and a great review instead. Calling out red flags when we see them is important so we can all continue to rely on Yelp for honest and trustworthy reviews.

A Stellar Experience with Evergreen Ecoscape and Design, Colorado Springs…read more Hey, we all know that Life is complicated enough, so it's always nice to call on really hardworking professionals to lighten your burden and workload a bit. With that in mind, I was extremely impressed with Evergreen Ecoscape and Design. They helped us with a couple of landscape projects for our house in North Colorado Springs (Northgate area), and their services have been nothing short of exceptional. Our first project involved removing some sod in the front yard and replacing it with landscape rocks. This project not only enhanced the aesthetics of our yard but also promised to reduce water usage during the growing season and minimize the effort required for lawn maintenance (mowing, aeration). Evergreen, starting with Wesley, did a fantastic job of listening to our needs. Wesley came up with a proposal that met or exceeded all our expectations. They ordered the rock, installed the contractor-grade weed cloth, and hauled away the debris, making the entire process smooth and efficient. One thing to keep in mind is that many Colorado Springs landscape companies do not work in the winter. Evergreen is a notable exception. They worked around the weather and snow to ensure that the work was done professionally and not that busy winter time. Their commitment to their work is evident in their ability to adapt to challenging conditions without compromising quality. The second project involved building a dry creek bed, or arroyo, in the backyard. This project was designed to help with flood mitigation during summer storms. Tyler and Luke were phenomenal in executing this relatively complex project. As with most projects, we encountered some snags, but Tyler was able to adjust the plan to ensure that the water flowed correctly and made sure that the water gutters from the roofs had an unobstructed path to lower ground. Very important for the torrential down pours we sometime get in the Summer. I was very impressed with Evergreen's professionalism, communication, hard work, and ability to improvise to ensure that the project deliverables were met. They assured me that they would stay until the job was done right and correct, which they did. Evergreen Ecoscape and Design is an awesome company to work with, which explains their high customer satisfaction ratings. They excel in value, cost, efficiency, and professionalism. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space. A+++ in terms of value and service. Thank you, Evergreen Ecoscape and Design, for transforming our yard and for your commitment to excellence. We look forward to collaborating with you on future projects.

Everyone knows you're not supposed to breathe in rock salt because of the dangerous chemicals it contains. One older obese guy with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth walks up to the cars parked in front of the stores, flicks his lit cigarette down in front of us and sandblasted all of us in our cars. I honked at him to let him know that there were kids in the car and our window was open ( he had ear protection on so I assume he wasn't able to hear us asking him to give us a chance to leave ) but he did hear the car's horn, because he smiled and pointed his blower at my car sending all the sand and salt into the window. I'm talking to the store owner who we parked in front of, to get their RING video footage. Once we have it, you can count on us contacting law enforcement and legal council. I advise anyone who reads this to find another landscape company. These people don't deserve to get your business.

I contacted Full Coverage in the first place because 3 of my other coworkers have used them in the past. We interviewed two other professional landscapers, but Full Coverage had the best deal with lots of extras included in the price. They also were very responsive with their e-mails and we always felt like they listened to our ideas and concerns. They started on the Tuesday as promised and ended on Saturday morning, only a few hours after the estimated original completion date. Their workers who showed up every day were extremely professional and trustworthy. Never did they ask to come inside the house for any reason, and they cleaned up what they could every day. Full Coverage worked with Pioneer Sand to get several dump truck loads of giant rock for our new retaining wall, along with flagstone, stone steps, and smaller rocks for the dry riverbed. They dealt with Greenbelt Sod for our new grass. We met with Wendy at Harding Nursery to choose the specific trees and plants. Full Coverage also installed a new backflow, sprinkler, and drip irrigation system. Recommended!

I'm an outdoor living designer that services two locations with in person services but sometimes we…read morework remotely. Often times our remote projects are in the western United States where homeowners already understand the value a designer brings. The biggest downfall of designing remotely is not having a contractor to refer to our remote design clients because as I'm sure you can imagine, things don't usually go to plan and corners get cut. That changes for us when we met Joe. High end custom outdoor living construction is expensive, it takes a while and it's stressful but if the communication between all parties is on point, the project is a breeze. We're happy to have aligned ourselves with Aspenwood. Our other projects in the area have been train wrecks due to contractors promising things they cannot deliver, overbooking themselves and most importantly horrible communication. This company has knocked it out of the park for 3/3 of our area projects and we're looking forward to the next one.

We cancelled the job in the last few days of August 2024 when they still hadn't planned a start date with us. So, literally - we got NOTHING for $2,000.
