We had a significant drainage issue in our back yard which required the yard to be completely re-graded, and for our retaining wall to be extended. We also took the opportunity to replace a significant portion of our grass with patio stone. We were immediately impressed with the knowledge Naser and Jamal brought to the table. They quickly understood the root issue and had a plan to fix it. Once the work began, we were continually impressed by the professionalism and work ethic of the team. They worked very hard every day, including during a record breaking heat wave. They were efficient and meticulous. I am still in awe of how much they were able to accomplish, and our neighbours were equally impressed, commenting on their hard work and how tidy they left the area each day. We were also very happy with how collaborative Naser and Jamal were during the whole process. As the work progressed, we had additional ideas and they were always willing to listen and work together on the best way forward. These guys are the best. Don't look anywhere else. I can finally use my backyard. It looked awful (weeds, gravel patch, uneven, sloping to the house, no grass...) and we knew it was going to be too big of a project for us. I contacted a couple of companies and I got some quotes, I couldn't believe some of the estimates I got! I contacted Jamal and these guys were professional from the get go. They delivered everything fast and they were just nice and polite. They gave us the best quote and after reading their reviews on google, we picked them. All in all, I am just looking at my gorgeous back yard that was finished in LESS THAN TWO DAYS!!! (removing the gravel patch, putting down new soil, removing and properly reinstalling existing concrete blocks for our pathway, grading, putting down new sod and fertilizing). They took pride in their work and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied as well. Jamal and his team excavated my front yard, including a tree, and transformed it into a stylish contemporary yard, complete with patio and a privacy fence. Almost no maintenance, really improved the curb appeal of the house (infill in Tuxedo NW) and now we can sit outside in the late day sun, enjoying our wine and view!
