The customer service was great and the place is beautifully decorated. We filled out the form and were taken to the room to get ready for our massages. I opted not to let them step on my back, however my husband did and did cupping as well. Out of all the massages we gotten in the U.S. and out of the country, this was the best we have ever had! We both left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. It was exactly what we needed after our long drive. Will definitely come here as often as we can. I've had back and neck issues for years, and have had massages all over the US and Europe. After trying almost every massage place around the neighborhood (to include the big chains), I took a chance on this place. I will absolutely be going back. My pain level went from a 7 down to a 2 in one hour. The place was clean, pretty, and smelled wonderful. She used a combination of oils, warm compresses, hot stones, and worked with her hands, forearms, and elbows. She incorporated stretching, pressure, and vibration therapies. She finished with a hot (wet) towel massage to minimize the oily feeling afterward. The attention to detail was phenomenal....and a real plus for this prior military girl ;) Nancy was welcoming and friendly without being overly chatty, allowing for a peaceful and meditative experience. The price was very reasonable, and I enjoyed the fact that there was no pressure to pay for a "membership" like the chains will do. I prefer to support small businesses anyway. She can eye you and tell you many things that are going with your body before she even touches you. That is amazing really, down to how your clothes even fall on your body and the indications. Then once she begins to actually work on you she finds spots that you did not even know hurt, but are contributing factors to your main complaint.
