I noticed the death wobble when driving that night…read more Today when I brought it back they stated that the tires are fine and there "may be an alignment issue, but they don't check that there." Never heard of a tire place that doesn't have the ability to rotate or align tires but is willing the change them. I will say a positive is they offer some of the newest tires on island. But I am very disappointed in the service I was provided.

From the time we went in to the time we left we were there for only 40 minutes. The customer service rep was so helpful and patient in looking up all of my husbands requests and they are having a sale on everything. We got the set we wanted for 20% off....score! The hubby was undecided between two sets of tires at one point and the rep let him go on the back into the warehouse to see them. It costs $10 extra per tire to balance but you might as well get that done while you are there. They are able to get cars out quickly because they had 2-3 ppl working on our car alone even with all of the walk ins. It looks like they are also popular for changing car batteries as we saw a few customer come and go for that. We used Rodriguez last year as well when the tires to my car needed a patch and then replacement. They still deliver on the same level of customer service and products. Last Friday afternoon, the strange clicking noise coming from our Jeep finally made a loud POP and…read morewe knew we needed a tow to the nearest auto shop. No answer at the first towing company we called so I called Tony's Towing Service. Tony answered right away and was very friendly. After making arrangements to have our Jeep towed to the dealership where we purchased it, Tony asked what exactly the problem was. I described the history of the clicking noise and other details. He mentioned what he thought the problem was and then said HE had a shop out West and could most likely fix the problem. On top of that- he had Jeep parts in stock and was willing to work on the weekend (instead of Monday- like the dealership). So we let him fix our Jeep. He finished on Sunday night and then delivered it to us on Monday morning! Excellent service and LESS money than we expected! We'll gladly call Tony the next time we need a tow or any other Jeep service on St. Croix and hope you do the same!

Lenard and team here are still number 1 on St. Thomas for auto work. We've been coming here for two…read moreyears for our two personal cars and my hubby's company cars. We've never had a problem with any of the work they have done and anytime we have had an auto emergency ( which you will on St. Thomas because the roads are even worse post hurricanes) Lenard and Gregg (Lenard's son than runs the office side of the operation) has seen us right away and have pretty much fixed our cars the same day. They have been a bit backed up post hurricanes because shipping is very slow and unreliable to get parts in. Everyone has had a damaged car from body work to the roads eating your vehicle, so you're going to have to a bit more patient than before. This shop is also a great place to get a potential car you'd like to purchase checked out before buying it. We used them to get our SUV and they didn't charge us at all for it. They also did a final mechanical check of the SUV for us before we handed the keys over to the gentleman that bought it, due to our relocation off of St. Thomas also without a charge. They truly care about the longer term relationship with their clients as opposed to making quick buck. It's so unlike the rest of St. Thomas! #St.Thomas #USVI

It is something they just know, which is pretty incredible..
