It's a battle of emails and text messages to get anything fixed with these guys, don't bother renting from them.

This company is frustrating, I have spent the last month trying to even get to go and look at rentals and every single one they have sent me an email stating that others have been chosen. My credit is in good standing and as of Dec 01 2020, my son and I have had to move into a hotel with nowhere else to go. This agency was recommended to me by people in my circle Orillia, but I have been utterly disappointed in the way that I have been made to feel, especially in these hard times. read more

Quickly got back to us about issues with our rental. Repair man was over within two days of the email and fixed the issue no problem. Replaced the taps with new instead of putting a patch on it. Happy with the overall care and attention from them. Great work guys! read more

We recently had a house for sale and thought we would talk to a property management company about renting it out. A G Secure was excellent. I knew when I talked to Rob that we would go with this company. He was very honest and helpful. They were willing to help us in every way they could. The office staff was really friendly and answered all of our questions very quickly. Communication with this company was outstanding. We ended up selling our home a week later and during that time A G had also found us a renter. I would definitely recommend this company. They are very professional and that goes a long ways with us. read more

I have had the worst experience with this company. Here is a few examples of what happened to me: 1. Over billed me for work that was not done on my property. 2. They allowed tenants to pay late several times a month 3. Allowed tenants to smoke despite a indoor smoking ban. 4. Billed me for carpet cleaning that was never done 5. Rarely inspected the property so when new tenants came in the property was in disrepair. 6. Allowed drug users to live in the property 7. Swore at me when confronted about my issues and refused to meet to discuss. The owner swore in front of the tenant's young children 8. Would not provide me with statements unless I asked several times 9. Did not inform me of major repair work until the city contacted me and informed them I had no idea about these issues. 10. Would not follow up on tenant issues and complaints. 11. Did not complete or do comprehensive back ground checks on tenants 12. All company did was collect the rent and email me 10 days after to collect excess interest on deposits. I trusted this company because I live in Toronto while this company was local but I am extremely disappointed and now untrusting of property managers. read more

Don't put your faith in AG Secure Property Management in Tottenham. Not a good company. I rented off Mr. Silverman (Tottenham Branch of AG Secure), this man cares NOTHING about the Owners of the buildings he's put in charge of, or the tenants. Problems with this person. He will NOT notify the owners of the buildings he's in charge of, if there is a problem. I had a monsoon in my living room when I was living at 4 George St apt 3 Tottenham Ont Canada and it took some time to get him to hire the right (trustworthy) ppl to fix. I had to take myself out of college, my little boy and I were sick for ages due to his neglect! I have pictures and documented all, have loads of proof! I had to put up with tenants that Mr. Silverman rented to who sold drugs and made noise all hrs of the night. My vehicle was vandalized more than once; in my three yrs of desperately trying to find another plc to rent in the same town. On several occasions I had to call the OPP due to the amount of drugs being used and trafficking in this building. Mr. Silverman was notified and did nothing! This guy is okay, he can be very busy sometimes but he eventually gets the work done. My experience (Orangeville) has been a positive one. Trust me folks (I knoW)there are much worse landlords out there!!! read more
