From my initial contact with the Law Office of Erik Severino through the final discharge, everything was incredibly easy. Erik and his office took so much off my plate. It may seem strange to describe a bankruptcy experience as pleasant, but I honestly don't know how else to put it. I am incredibly grateful for their guidance and highly recommend this firm.

He was fairly responsive until our final payment was made, after that we had to follow up several times to get a copy of our trust. We have been leaving messages, sending emails and text messages for over a year trying to get our assets moved into our trust and some minor changes made (which he said, at the time of our final payment, was included in his fee). After months and months of reaching only a voicemail someone who claimed to be his assistance actually answered the phone and said he would call us back that afternoon. That was several months ago. I called on a Monday and had an appointment for a Tuesday. Staff e-mailed me later that Monday to confirm my scheduled appointment and provide me with paperwork and excellent directions to the office. Upon arrival, I was seen at the scheduled time by Laura Deeter. Laura also works with Clark County Family Court. She listened carefully to our situation and showed genuine concern. when we did not understand certain items, she repeated the information without be condescending. She advised us that she would give us a quick turnaround on the matter, which was very comforting in our high stress case. It was later discovered that our mother had a Springing Durable Power of Attorney in her Will and Trust Paperwork. Laura explained that this would aid us financially but not in a healthcare situation. Though she honestly told us that for now, we would not need a guardianship, this firm as certainly earned my respect and loyalty. I feel 100% faith and trust that this is an honest, genuine group. We dealt with an attorney and his staff in the past on an estate matter who was disorganized, uncaring, disrespectful, not listening, etc. To work with this agency is like finding a legal treasure of gold. I would definitely recommend this firm and return to them in the future should there be a need.
