I was quite hesitant at first due to all the positive reviews but seriously Dr. Alex is the real deal. I came here 2x so far for my skin care needs. Making an appointment is so easy and Dr. Alex and his staff is very responsive to emails. They even remind you before the day of your appointment which is really helpful. They offer parking validation which is a huge plus cuz we all know parking on Ventura is a struggle. The office is very clean, the waiting room is nice and comfy they offer complimentary snacks while you wait. What I like is that Dr. Alex really takes the time to get to know you as a patient, he asks questions, he asked if I had any questions, he made me feel so comfortable. In addition, his assistant Jessica is so nice and very sweet. They take before and after photos which is really helpful. Dr. Alex was not pushy at all and I actually asked him for suggestions regarding my skin and what he recommends and he gave me some suggestions. Dr. Alex is extremely professional, personable, and definitely knows what he is talking about. He took great care of me and overall I'm really happy. I don't feel rushed when I come here and he takes his time to answer my questions. He always called me the very next day early morning to see how I was doing and if I have any questions or concerns to call him. What I also like is that they use a rewards program which offers discounts everytime you use a treatment and every little bit helps. It just shows what a great Doctor he really is. Dr Alex and his staff are amazing and of the highest quality of professionalism and expertise. He and his staff (Jessica & Carla) are always on point and can address every question or issue regarding procedures and results with ease. Ok, first thing is first....OFFICE IS SUPER BEAUTIFUL! You walk in and are immediately greeted. You are acknowledged by your first name and given such a sweet greeting it's as if you've known them forever! Leslie and Karla were the first faces I met. I absolutely loved the fact that not only did they make me comfortable and thoroughly explain everything to me, but accommodated my son who tagged along with me. After paperwork was signed the girls left and returned with Dr Eshagian! Boy, is he just a breath of fresh air! For once a Dr who actually CARES about what I want and what MY concerns are. Made me feel my money was SAFE with him! Anyway, after telling him my concerns he recommended a treatment plan and asked if I was comfortable with it. He had my trust the moment he introduced himself to me, so naturally I took his word for it and went forward with the plan. I was surprised he actually recommended topicals before a more intrusive chemical treatment which made me trust him that much more, seeing lining his pockets wasn't on his agenda! I got the recommended products right then and there which are vegan and medical grade and proceeded to have my lips enhanced to fill them just a wee bit. During the lip filler he was checking up on me until he was finished, and because Leslie numbed me fifteen minutes prior, I actually didn't feel anything. Following that, I was reminded of my new topical treatment plan we were going to start with, was given immediate after care for my lips and was scheduled for a two week follow up to see both how my skin is doing, and how my lips turned out. Not even done here.....THEY VALIDATE! Oh my gosh! I just loved my experience with this appointment. I am grateful to have crossed paths with Karla, Leslie and the Dr!!! Fun fact.....?? I had the Tight and Bright service done. My boyfriend had the Soft and Smooth done at the same time. Making an appointment was a breeze. My appointment went smooth and I'm still healing. My freckles have turned into coffee ground-like marks brought to the surface. So far I've stayed out of the sun so I'll report back when and update this when they fall off and I can judge the results appropriately. As for my bf's, Dr. Alex had originally said that most of the Soft and Smooth treatments don't have too much downtime. We were supposed to be looking at anywhere between 2-5 days. His face currently has tons of coffee ground spots on it and brown patches. The next step will be to see when they all fall off. From the initial consultation, we were led to believe it would be on a lighter setting so that the peeling and brown spots would fade in a few days. It's still pretty brown right now, but hopefully that just means he went a bit deeper and that we'll see better results. Will update and see how long it takes for everything to clear up. Service wise, everyone was very understanding and nice. I hope the results are something to rave about. UPDATE: My face looks amazing. Everything has cleared up. My bf's face is looking good as well. Dr. Alex really cares about his patients and the results. Definitely come by and at the very least get a consultation from him. read more

I was so tentative to start any facial treatments but was struggling with melasma which is what initially brought me to A&E Skin. Everyone here is so amazing and nice, explained all my options. As other skin concerns arising with aging I have continued to return with only the best care each time. I tried another clinic at one point due to a promotion they were having and was night and day the experience. So much more professional, friendly, effective and comfortable of treatment. They go out of their way to explain everything to you, make sure you comfortable during / after the procedure and follow up afterwards to make sure you're doing well.
