I entered into a cleaning schedule with Emily. She came and gave me an estimate we settled on an amount, a day and a time for biweekly cleanings. She was scheduled to start on Sept 13 between 9-10, she confirmed appt for the next day. She texted that morning she was running late. (I expressed my preference was the earlier the better).
She was not here well after 11 so because I had errands to run and the day was getting away. She had scheduled a car repair for that morning when she had a new client.. I said let's just cancel today and try again for the 27th(next scheduled day). She agreed. I confirmed on the 26th , she said yes she would be here between 9-10 (again later than I preferred, but whatever). Now, if you already flaked on the 1st day wouldn't you be prompt on the second chance? She was a no show, no text, no call, no dm. At 10:15 I sent a text saying thank you but this wasn't going to work out. She really put me in a bind and I gave her the benefit of the doubt, after the 1st scheduled appointment.
