Isabella responded quickly to my text messages & after sending her a few photos I prayed and left it to her to create something amazing for our 1920's event. When I walked into the ballroom and saw the amazing helium bouquets she created for our centerpieces I nearly cried. They were so impressive and beautifully symmetrical. The 12ft archway welcomed our guests and could be seen thousands of feet away. Our guests, servers, and photographer were thrilled to take home the bouquets and have sent me photos of their kids waking up joyful to see the balloons still floating high the next day! She fixed one balloon. I understand it's Houston but we haven't had any rain and the temp is 80. When I placed the order for the balloons, I extended it by a day and I'm ready for them to be taken down and not even have them up tomorrow on the actual birthday for my daughter because they look so bad. UPDATE- spoke to someone Sunday evening and they sent a second driver who made it perfect. Thank you. I feel like I just turned my head to chat with a mom and suddenly my daughter reappears with glamorous flowers on her face, with magical glitter and sparkles. Heidi pays great attention to detail, she takes time to ask and observe what the child likes by chatting (and maybe looking at their outfit choice ex: colors, cartoons, etc). Just when I thought wow, that was a great face painting experience, boom, she pulls out all the neatly organized balloons and shock us with her professional skills.
