Every person was friendly & professional. They cleaned up beautifully after each day of work. But most importantly, they were able to fix a situation with our chimney that a company with less knowledge and ingenuity would have walked away from. In fact, 4 companies that I contacted either flat out said "no way" or quoted $50,000.00 Chris, Thomas and their crew were able to come up with a solution to fix our chimney that was genius. This entailed creating the tools and the sealing product to complete the job. They worked well with Ryan from Soot Master's Chimney service and together saved our chimney & fireplace. We are beyond grateful.

Bryan was hired to diagnosis existing sprinkler/irrigation system and repair as needed. After his repairs we have a leaking valve and a timer set to get off multiple times within an hour. I tried to reach out to have the issues fixed but I was only told that the valve was not leaking when he was there (2 days ago) and that the system just needed to be reset. I didn't hire someone to tell me to reset my system after they worked on it. I never heard back from him again. This seems like a very small operation where projects take longer than quoted.
