My dryer vent pulled away from the wall behind my stacked washer/dryer. I got an appointment promptly and was convenient for me. James was delayed in arriving but I was kept informed of the delay. When he arrived, he promptly assessed the issue and gave me an estimate. It was within the range quoted at the time I made the appointment. James not only fixed the dryer vent issue but went above and beyond to ensure the unit was level. He also was able to get the unit closer to back wall. James was professional and personable. I'll certainly look to Mr Handyman for my future needs.

I like punctual companies because I have other things scheduled for the day which is why I began my day early and schedule as I go. They also took my request of cleaning an extra room and rug once they arrived and it was no problem, I was extremely grateful ! Sawyer and Adam took my request with a smile and didn't even show discomfort about it. Adam was with him he talked to me and helped me understand what I needed to do after the job was complete and educated me on the things I needed to do going forward. Sawyer was absolutely outstanding with the carpet cleaning I must say again because it was spotless and let's not forget he was very professional !! He also told me about other services they provided and was very kind during the services performed. I will definitely be using them again! You have a repeat customer out of me !!
