The invoice also charges me for baby seat, which was already prepaid at the counter on Dec 24th: find credit card payment proof attached At the very least in addition to a refund I expect a formal apology from the regional manager. Ideally I expect not to be charged for the original rental given the circumstances that transpired: it's your company representative's fault that I've driven away on torn tire.
