We rented a couple of grand worth of items from them, but I never felt like they were expensive. The items we rented from farm tables, to chairs, to two tents, always felt priced right. The items also came in pretty good shape and I was not let down by any item I saw delivered. I think they take care of their items well after they are rented out. The customer service was exceptional. Phone calls were returned quickly and in a friendly manner. Every time I came in I didn't have too long to wait to be helped. The staff did a wonderful job of remembering all the details we mentioned about the wedding from the theme to the items we had ordered or thought about ordering. We went with a rustic theme and the staff helped us choose the right items to fit the theme. Delivery was the day before the wedding and it went well. The guys who delivered all the items worked hard to put everything together on a hot and sunny June day. I had left for honeymoon, but pickup was also quick and easy. If you are planning any event in this area this is the authority on tent and party rentals. Every aspect from price, to delivery, to customer service was better than I could have hoped. We rented tables and chairs for a wedding…read more During the initial contact, we set up a delivery time for Friday evening before the event. We made a few changes to our order leading up to the event. The customer service was pretty good during these calls and I felt confident in proceeding. A couple days before the final cutoff date for changes, I called, paid for our order in full. Jenny asked me what time I would like the delivery. I asked if 2 o'clock would work because the evening delivery would happen during the rehearsal. She said that was fine, confirmed time and the ordered items. Had she stated a 2 o'clock delivery wasn't possible, we would have arranged a different time around the rehearsal but she stated that was good. The day of the delivery around 3, we called to see when they would deliver because we did not want them arriving during the rehearsal. We were told that it would be very soon. By 4 o'clock, still no one showed. Another call assured us they'd arrive soon. At 4:30, still nothing. Another call - this time, they said they'd send another truck that was closer. Lo and behold, they finally showed up...during the rehearsal. The 6 foot tables we ordered were not 6 foot banquet tables...they were the ones that fold in 1/2 like you find at Walmart. After leaving a disappointed facebook review, Jazzy's stated this was their first negative review and in their defense...went into what we originally discussed and not what was discussed at the confirmation state of the order after ALL the changes were made. They did offer to refund us for the 6 foot tables. However, after my reply to their response on the review - the review feature on facebook is gone. My hope is that they can take a negative and grow from it.
