I took my Regulator wall clock in because it was ringing the hour on both the hour and half hour. They said it would take one cycle (31 day clock). This was late September or early October. About six weeks later, my wife called to check on the status. First, they couldn't find the clock, and said they would call back, which they didn't. So 10-15 days later, my wife called again, and they said they had to send it to their other shop, and they would check on it and call back. They didn't. Again, 10-15 days later my wife called and they said the "whatchamacallit" was bad and they had to get the part to fix it, and would call back. They didn't. Finally, in January 2019, my wife called, and they said the repair man had gone in for chemo, and they would call back. They didn't. My wife called them again, and said we would be in to pick up the clock on Friday. Thursday, they called and said the clock was ready to be picked up. I picked it up today, and it's still no repaired. What is worse, they did something to the chime spring, and it can no longer be would. Now I have a clock, if it still runs, with no chime. Couldn't give this review "No Stars", or I would have.

Update - When I hung it back on the wall and tried to wind the chimes, they would not wind, so decided would let it hang there just to look at the time; however, in couple of minutes the pendulum stopped. Thought it might not be hanging straight, so moved it to it's original wall, checked to make sure it was plumb, and a couple of minutes later, pendulum stopped again.
Took a working clock in to have the chime issue resolved and received a non-working, non-chiming clock. Of course, the "repair" was free, but now have a useless clock. read more
