What a find! We stumbled upon this quaint restaurant as we searched the streets of Vienna for a quiet spot. It is family owned and operated and the Portuguese food could not be more on point. The mussels with mustard and avocado was delightful (actually a salad) and the shellfish tasted so fresh (turns out it in flown in daily). A great reprieve from Wiener Schnitzel! read more

We stumbled upon this place while visiting vienna. What a hidden gem! Authentic, fresh, delicious Portuguese cuisine in an incredibly warm and cozy atmosphere. Tiny, run by a lovely family, they have super reasonable prices, large portions, and great food. The seafood was very fresh, the complimentary snack plate to start had wonderful olives, bacalao spread, and chicken liver pate. All were loved by our party. The soups are great, and the shellfish (included mussels, clams, and oysters) were right off the boat and so well prepared. There is also a great wine list at impressively low prices. I would highly recommend this place, for the outstanding food as well as the wonderfully homey and welcoming ambience and service. read more

We ate dinner here two nights ago. It's a very small, cozy spot. Seems like a husband and wife team. We were the only ones in the place which was a little disconcerting at first but the food was great. It was a nice change of pace from what'd we'd been eating during the rest of our trip in Austria. The only question I had was when I got the check there was a random charge I couldn't figure out. But we happily paid and went on our way. read more
