Pips Party Centre in Croydon Main Street is totally awesome. Whenever you feel like a random balloon this is the place to go - seriously, there are literally hundreds of different types and styles of balloons. The store itself is a myriad of colour and it is exciting just walking in there... let alone thinking about what you could be leaving with! The staff here are helpful and really happy. It made the store experience come to life. There are general needs party items like plates and cups as well as themed objects for Halloween or milestone birthdays. There are three aisles and everything is arranged logically. There are piñatas hanging from the roof and a huge variety of streamers to complement them. I noticed they sold balloon gas as well and they have DIY balloon gas kits. read more

Pipps party shop in Croydon has a definite "wow" factor - it's like walking into a "Willy Wonka" shop with all the happiness that goes with it. The staff are so friendly and helpful (especially Sally, the Proprietor), and it's a happy place to be. There's an amazing choice of merchandise and offers of advice to put it together. If you're wanting a corporate or a private function, you won't go wrong and they can save you the stress of putting it together. A fantastic experience read more

Pipps Balloon and Party Central specialises in all the decorations and supplies you need to set the mood for your party, celebration or special event. We sell everything from party poppers, plastic tableware and streamers through to creative balloon arches, balloon table centres and balloon bouquets. Our customers range from new parents celebrating baby showers through to companies launching new products. We get a kick out of helping people create the event everyone will remember.

History

Established in 1991.

Pipps Balloon and Party Central was created 22 years ago. Originally called Pips Perfect Party Paradise, it was later named A Balloon and Party Centre before new owners incorporated the two names to come up with its present day name. Pipps has been supplying people great balloon creations for many years and has received local business awards for its service and business excellence. Whilst Pipps also sells party supplies from its shop in Croydon, it has recently embarked on a new journey to create an online store. This store not only carries great party products, it also has photo galleries of our balloon creations that people can peruse to get their ideas flowing.

Meet the Business Owner: Sally S.

Sally started her career with an honours degree in Industrial Design. Wanting to explore creative ideas, she trained as a florist and after many years, is now turning her skills to creating balloon creations for special events. Having two children, she is acutelty aware of the desire to create great parties and events. With her husband, they have owned several business's and are now looking to take Pipps to the next level of selection and customer service.
