I think this is a completely unacceptable way for anyone to behave, especially the 'manager' of the company. If they feel this is an acceptable way in which to speak to people, I dread to think what they are like with customers. Avoid at all costs! 'Joanne, I have spoken with the engineer in question and I think you have made his week! I have not heard any one laugh that loud in a long time. He asked me if I realised that it was in fact Thursday today, and not Sunday, and that if I realised that if you are driving in the outside lane and holding other road users up and driving inconsiderately, the consequently other drivers will get upset and work around your bad driving habit. In future you should give serious thought, to the standard of your driving, not to inconvenience other road users as you don't know how to use the roads forcing other people to drive in a manner that they don't actually want to do. Our engineers drive hundreds of miles every day for business purposes. This is a clear situation of a casual driver who doesn't know what they are doing on the roads, which in my opinion is far more dangerous than anything listed below. The salesman was desperate for the sale and forced our hand before we had all the deposit ready, he clearly didn't know what he was talking about and promised us something that he could not deliver with regards to the finance package. The manager was then very rude when challenged on this situation, and made assumptions about my personal finances in a patronising manner. I thought this was a great bargain! Everytime you go in here to buy something the staff are all over you trying to get you to buy something. I think its because they get commision when a customer buys something they have sold to them. I've used this firm twice and both times I've had outstanding service. I've also called them out on a Bank Holiday as well and was very helpful then too. On the second job, the first plumber I called out advised that I would need very costly repairs doing, but luckily I sought Ascot Services as a second opinion and he showed me how the problem could be fully repaired in a way that would save me a lot of money. They also tidy up after themselves and take any rubbish created with them when they leave, which is much appreciated. I seriously recommend using these guys.
