I ordered via DoorDash because this place has a 4.9 out if 5 on there. Clearly they are doing something to inflate the ratings. What I got was not a "chicken cheese steak". Instead of the chopped chipped chicken that normally comes on chicken cheese steaks this was a thick over cooked chicken breast. And I would have been ok with that but every bite is so tough it seems you're biting into gristle. I can't get over that. And i'm a bad cook so I know my way around an over cooked chicken breast. So I spent $15 to eat a hoagie roll but the bread is good to be fair. I feel like I was scammed because of the DoorDash ratings vs what's on here. read more

We were in the area for a soccer tournament and looking for somewhere that could accommodate our team. They gave us the all clear when we called, and they did not disappoint! The staff was great and the food came out fast. My family shared a pizza which was great. Cheesy with a great crispy crust. We didn't eat any sandwiches, but what I could see on other plates looked great and not much was left behind on plates. Super appreciative and would absolutely eat here again! read more

Tried this place based on the google reviews. Sadly our experience wasn't as good as we had hoped. The old world pizza was missing seasoning. It was like plain tomato's paste was on top and not a sauce. The margarita pizza, my fault for not reading the description that they put on sauce and tomatoes, normally it's one or the other for this pizza, but the same lack of seasoning and the basil was completely absent from the pizza. The dough on both pizzas was great. Soft and chewy but not over cooked. A few tweaks and these could have been great. The sun roll was practically burnt and lacking in flavor as well. Last nigh my wife and I stopped in for 3 cheese steaks, 2 hoagies and one regular sauce and cheese.3/24/2023 we ate here before and it was good food but this time we got them to go and we arrived home they were flat skimpy and the bread was soggy and white, My wife called up and spoke with Pablo he understood and said sorry it was messed up he said bring them back ? we live in grantville she said no, so then he said next time you come in I will take care of you (Pablo) ...lol So tonight we stopped by again 3/25/2023 and called first to let him know were on our way since last night all we did was throw the soggy mess away and made pasta at home that we had left over. They made 3 new subs and the reason I'm writing this is because of his actions once my wife and I walked in the pizza place he was in denial that anything was wrong all he did the whole time was make excuse's instead of just making new subs and to top it off charged us again unbelievable. So buyer beware of this owner he is a liar and has no intentions of taking care of the customer at all he was loud and aggressive . Also which I didn't mention above last night and tonight they put extra mayo and we never ask for that . one of the reasons it was a soggy mess not to mention the bread was white and raw it never baked enough to use as a sub roll. This Pablo young guy has alot to learn about restaurant business you don't yell in a aggressive manor at customers you are trying to retain He had no intentions of making anything correct other than ringing the sound of the cash register and money coming in. Raw potatoes, fries not made properly Tuna Sub - While the tuna tasted good , the roll was nice sized but not filled. Opening the sub you see more lettuce then anything. The rolls are designed to hold food, my sub laying on it's side looked empty ... For the prices charged the portions should accommodate. read more

So this makes me really sad to write this review because my family generally enjoys your food, however, the customer service as attention to order details are really lacking. The last two times my family ordered cheesesteaks we specifically asked for sauce on the side because otherwise by the time you get the subs home - they're soggy. Both times our request was ignored and so much sauce was slopped on them, the bread becomes inedible and disintegrates as you try to eat it. Not pleasant. In addition, a week ago we ordered a pizza online - a large pepperoni and bacon pizza with onions on half. What was received, you ask? A half cheese and half pepperoni, bacon, and onion. Again, wrong order. After our cheesesteaks on 4/20/20 were swimming in sauce again and basically inedible, we called to try to rectify the problem. A woman answered and passed the phone back to the man making the subs. Once we explained the issue, the man on the phone argued that he made what the tickets said - he even read it back "sauce on the side". He was rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to try to correct the issue short of having us drive 20 minutes back to the shop.... which honestly after putting up a fence in the yard, we were tired and didn't want to venture back out. I've worked in a pizza shop twice in my life (for a total of 7-8 years) and I understand that mistakes can happen, but to argue with and be disrespected when your on employee acknowledges that sauce was requested on the side is awful and uncalled for. Pandemic or not, we have always been good customers! Our family orders just about once a week between pizzas, subs, and salads. We wanted to continue to support our local businesses during the COVID, but sadly I think we will take our business elsewhere. Our regular pizza shop was closed for the holiday so we decided to try Pizza 322 as we haven't been in years. I would not go back. We ordered a cheese pizza, a pepperoni pizza, cheese fries, and garlic knots. The pizza(s) were bland. The garlic knots had no garlic, or at least not enough to taste. The dipping sauce tasted like chef boyardee (which is fine if that's what you want). The French fries were crunchy, which again if you like crunchy fries, that's great. Usually don't have much to complain about this place, but today was unacceptable... we order 1 large pizza and were told it would be ready in 20-25 mins... when we arrived to pick up the pizza after waiting 25 mins, it had not even been made or put it in the oven yet. We ended up waiting over 50 minutes for 1 pizza and none of the employees at the restaurant made any accommodations for their error or even simply apologized. When we got home, the cheese was falling off the pizza and did not appear to be fully cooked. Very disappointed and do not plan on returning to this location in the future. read more
