I showed them around our home and pointed out the areas we wanted focus on. The first visit is more than we plan to pay each time, but I understand the up charge for an initial, thorough cleaning. The ladies were fabulous. They cleaned our house and...then some!! I did not expect them to spend the amount of hours they did cleaning, but it pleased me how tidy our home became and confident in future visits. While we kept our dog out most of the time, the crew does not mind pets. After requesting my inspection and approval of their work, Juana pointed out areas she looks forward to tackling in her next couple visits. She is confident our home will be we'll-maintained after a few visits. Their next visit is Friday...and we can't wait!!!

I requested a deep clean of my entire house - 5 bed, 3 bath. 3 of our 5 bedrooms were completely…read moreempty, so there wasn't a lot that was needed in those rooms. During the walkthrough, they asked what I needed in each room. I told them exactly what I wanted and specifically mentioned baseboards. We had just gotten our house painted so there was drywall dust everywhere. I was quoted 3 hours of work for $250. They said if it went over 4 hours, it would be $325. It ended up taking them over 6 hours to clean my house and I was charged $660. I had no knowledge that they'd be there that long or charge that much. Again - I was quoted 3 hours and $250. After they left, we began to notice things that were not taken care of. The baseboards all over the house were still covered in drywall dust, there was a piece of trash behind the trashcan, the counter tops in the kitchen still had stuff on them. Tables and chairs were not moved for sweeping/vacuuming/mopping, and there were entire pieces of furniture that were not dusted or cleaned. I found myself going back over my house and cleaning up after them. Some rooms looked great - our master bathroom for one. But overall I was very disappointed in the service and the lack of transparency in pricing.

Nothing was really in the home so it should have been simple right? WRONG! How can you mop a floor and don't even sweep first??? Once the floor dries what needed to be swept was clearly left. Then there was so much water on the floor it caused buckling downstairs, which has me furious! She got there to make it seem as though she was cleaning and literally left after we did! Not even a full 45 mins. Completely took my money! I despise fraudulent individuals and will file a complaint if they're even listed with the BBB. Such a waste of time and money.
