    the lab that does the test brings false positives, nothing wrong with the staff just the test itself.

    Well my husband came into the Northport office the Monday before Thanksgiving and thought we would…read morebe in and out with answers... but we were there out front for 2plus hours and then sat in back for another 2 hours... he got up Friday morning and couldn't walk on his right foot and had to have crutches to get around... waiting until Monday thinking all doctors would be back at work but I guess doctor's don't work anymore... any way nurse practitioner FINALLY came in asked a few questions...touched his foot for like 30 seconds and said it was probably gout...well I had already suggested x-rays, blood work, and see about if it was a clot....long story short I finally had to get a very nice lady there Brittney was her name I think... we saw Ashley who was in my appionion should have just stayed home...so after 4 hours plus they set us up an ultra sound at Northport dch...we went was there less that 30/35 minutes and had answer no clot... so we waited Monday no answers, I called Tuesday mid-day they still had no answers to bloodwork, x-ray very rude telling me they couldn't give me information about Allen even when he was sitting next to me asking..I told them on more than 1 occasion he had signed a form and it's in his file just do their job and look for it.. still no answers on bloodwork nor x-ray but they did say they had them but no doctor has signed off on them.... I asked why and their reply was I'm just the messenger and don't have any answers....then Wednesday came Allen called them back and asked to speak to a supervisor and he told her that we haven't heard anything from them and we still don't know if it's a break,gout or what...did he need to start a medicine....first day they did prescribed him pain medication but that's not why we were there we wanted answers to WHY HE COULDNT WALK ON HIS FOOT SINCE IT JUST CAME UP WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS BEFORE THIS!!! She stated they still didn't have any answers but she put him on hold and came back and said she called around and said it wasn't a break, but gout.... well how I know this is true..I asked for the blood work and x-rays so we could take them to his primary Dr and she said they were sent to Dr brown and Allen would need to get with him to get a prescription...well my question would be I didn't go to Dr brown I went to expercare and why should I spend more money to make a appointment with Dr brown to get answers when I SHOULD BE RECEIVING ANSWERS FROM WHERE MY BILL WILL BE... I EXPECT A CALL FROM THIS COMPANY AND I WILL BE PUTTING A COMPLAINT IN WITH THE MEDICAL BOARD FOR SUCH INCOMPETENT WORK... THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN...MY HUSBAND AND I BOTH HEARD A NURSE PRACTITIONER ASK THE LADY WHO DOES BP CHECKS, HEART RATE IF SHE HAS EVER REMOVED STICHES AND SHE SAID NO THE OTHER LADY SAID ITS EASY AND EXPLAINED TO HER HOW TO DO IT STANDING IN THE HALL RIGHT NEXT TO OUR DOOR.... THE FATHER HAD BROUGHT HIS SON IN TO HAVE THEM REMOVED...I BET HE DIDNT KNOW SHE WASN'T TRAINED TO TAKE THEM OUT...SHOULD BE A LAW SUITanyway we still haven't seen any paper work or anything from expercarethe back was full and they made this 80 something year old sit there in a hard chair and she looked like she was about to pass out in the back for just as long as we were there...so she sat there with her fried who was same age for over 4 hours giving her answers like your bloodwork is not owing anything.... well she looked like she should have been sent to dch emergency room... plus 8f they were getting her bloodwork and talking to her about it then why couldnt they have gotten Allen's... i have had bloodwork Done for many years I've gotten most of it back within 24 hours I'm calling BS on this...I expect a calback on this matter...like I said this PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN...... WHY QUESTION IS WHY ARENT ANY DOCTORS SEEING THESE PATIENTS!!
