The people who work there are the opposite of helpful; they took my information and my money, and when I returned three weeks later, to ask what had happened to the packages I sent (neither of which had made it to their destination), they blamed me because I hadn't asked for tracking. Which I was supposed to, what, magically know was not included but could be purchased as an additional option?
