WOW! Hope never need again but they took very good care of me! All I knew about bail bonds is what I learned from movie "Jackie Brown" and "Midnight Run" so at after 2am in the morning when I get a collect from the Clark County Jail from my obviously intoxicated friend telling me he should have taken a cab, I didn't know what to do. I headed to the jail where they informed me to "post bail" to get my friend released I could either pay $1000 in cash or go through a bail bondsman. They directed me across the street where a couple of them were conveniently located. Even though there were 3 of them across street proclaiming to be "open" only one actually had someone in the office so I chose that one. My preconceived notion was to see some sweaty guy in a greasy tank top and cigar dangling from his mouth leer at me like bait to a used car salesman!! I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a friendly and peppy guy named Justin ( especially surprising considering the time of day!). He gave me a much needed cup of hot coffee and proceeded to explain to me what the heck a bail bond is and how they work. I filled out some paperwork guaranteeing my friend will not flake out and miss his court date/s and paid the man a $100. Was kinda cool that I filled it all out online and a copy of it all automatically went to my email to peruse later as I was pretty rummy and tired regardless of the coffee. Justin walked across the street with me and posted my friends bond. We went back to his office and about an hour and half later my buddy was released. He filled out his paperwork and we were on our way. All considering it wasn't the most horrible experience. Justin made it much more bearable than it would have been otherwise. I thought A Affordable Bail Bonds was awesome! I called a million bail bonds it felt like to bail out a friend and the only one that would work with the county I needed them to was A Affordable Bail Bond. I used them twice that week actually for the same county and the second time I didn't hesitate to call I knew exactly who would take this one for me and they did!! Mistty was funny and helpful and made the situation not so ridiculously stressful and my second bail bonds lady was just as awesome and nice as the first! Although last time I posted wrong and my review didn't show up on here I don't want that to take away from the services I received at A Affordable Bail Bonds. On 3 different occasions I had to go back to court on the same charge.
