That same attitude carried over to the rest of our family who lived out of state. The receptionist was very rude when those of us out of state would call. She said someone would return our calls. They never answered our questions and they NEVER returned a calls. My brother had a small insurance policy. They showed up at the hospital when family wasn't there. My brother couldn't even talk and they got him to make them the beneficiary. We had a simple cremation and they took $3500 of insurance money. That is more than double what they stated it would be. These people are crooks and cheats. I DO NOT recommend them.
