I recently went again because of an ingrown toenail that was causing me a lot of pain. I made an appointment to have it removed, as I was sick dealing with it. When I got there, I was informed that Dr. Rudman had retired(lucky him!). Dr. Kristin Visco, his replacement and recent med school graduate, was my new doctor. Dr. Visco was quite impressive - very friendly and professional. She checked out my toe and thankfully told me she could probably take care of it without removing the toenail - which was a tremendous relief! She quickly did some minor cutting away of a callous under the nail, and told me to soak it a few times in the next couple of days, and it should be fine. She was right - I'm walking around in no pain and am very happy. A more unscrupulous Doctor might have gone ahead with my request to remove the nail, as they would probably make a lot more money on it, and as I had full coverage insurance, wouldn't have effected me financially one way or the other. Dr. Visco's quick diagnosis, honesty and high quality work is much appreciated!!

Dr. Greenblott does a meticulous job taking care of my callouses and planter's warts and when he finishes his excellent work on my feet, I feel like I can accomplish anything. Dr. Greenblott and Tammy diagnosed neuropathy in my feet and now I see a Neurologist to take care of that. The Doctor is very through and a pleasure to work with. He takes care of just about any foot condition and accepts most insurances which really helps! Horrible way to start a relationship with a doctor I have never seen. I would never make an appointment with a doctors office that is more worried about getting paid than helping me with my issue. Naturally they would be paid whether the insurance was paying or not. How insulting to treat a potential client so disrespectfully.

Sequentially we had exhausted the first two options, finally getting to the last option that involved removing the nerve from my right foot between the pinky toe and 4th toe. Dr Bonenberger's care was outstatnding during all of this and he was very helpful with my questions, while his office professionally prepared me for what ended up being a short notice surgery (because of future travel plans I had). They handled all of the insurance coordination and prepared me by giving me all the information I would need for the surgery. They wrote rx's for the medicines (prescriptions), fitted for crutches, and Big Shoe, in advance, making the post-surgery process simple and smooth! What good is an adequate podiatrist if the staff and billing people behind him are negligent,…read more incompetent, careless, uncommunicative, and uneducated? The staff are not even cognizant of their own protocols. I am leaving this organization after years of coming here for quite serious diabetic foot issues. In trying to get my records transferred, after being stonewalled for six months and my feet worsening, the staff gave me such an incredibly difficult time I honestly thought I was having a heart attack. The last six months have been a colossal waste of time and money for me, not to mention the weeks of needing to stay off my feet to heel, due to lack of treatment. My feet must have correct orthotics or they suffer terribly, yet this outfit could care less despite my past loyalty and prompt payment. And why do mostly five star reviews, obviously phony and written by Affiliates in Podiatry, show up online and few complaints do? This place has deteriorated to the point of no return. Not even honest. There are much better providers out there! Not hard to surpass these people who cause more harm than good.
