I had to ask about the deposit and was told that Jackson never writes it on the invoice, you claim to be the owner shouldn't you know what your deposit policy is?( Scam Alert). That's not even the best part, the equipment they repaired doesn't work. It constantly stalls out . My question is what did you fix? Do you know what you're doing? I think not! I've called and left a message without a call back. Now my next step is challenging the charge with my bank because I didn't receive the service I was charged for.
