I can't return the damn battery. A two week return policy for CAR batteries is absolutely ludicrous. The battery didn't even die within those two weeks. Chucklehead in the store says I can warranty it directly with Duracell and possibly get a new one, but what the heck would I do with it? I already had to get a new one on my own dime. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Assuming that meant it was good enough, I brought it home. I put it into the scooter and could immediately tell that battery wasn't fully charged. The battery didn't even power on the lights on the scooter. I'm not coming back. I'm reversing the charge on the credit card. I've made two trips to your store and you screwed me twice. This is why we go to big name vendors and pay the extra amount.
