I called this place & she questioned me like a judge. I gave her a rundown & she still was unable to help. This lady is very rude & her attitude sucks. I called other bail bondsman's around Pensacola and they told me that she & her workers are VERY rude (hint: read the reviews). I told her that she didn't have to have an attitude and beat me while i was down. She questioned me for 5 mins, only to tell me the she couldn't help & it was nearly impossible to get me out on a FTA & she would have to call the clerk the next day because she didn't believe me. I was so disappointed because I've never been in trouble before. I literally was diagnosed with cancer around the time & my memory was shot. I explained that to her & she said "when an officer pulls you over it's clear that there is a date" literally disregarded everything i told her & had 0 compassion. Pleaseeeee be aware. Five months later, I contacted her to discover the policy had been cancelled 25 days after issuance, but I was never informed. No phone call, no email, no notification whatsoever. It is disturbing to find out you have been uninsured for five months. Highly unprofessional way to handle business. Apparently Allstate doesn't train their agents well. I never once received an apology. I would not recommend this agent.
