Not only is she calm, kind and helpful she is willing to save the day. Closing went funky. The closing was laid on a Friday and I had packed my truck and my dog and drove out to meet Kimberly at the title company. The appointment was at 3 o'clock on Friday and the loan did not fund correctly due to an error in the wire transfer. Mind you I had already moved out of my previous home and was now two hours away with all of my stuff and a dog late on a Friday. I was told that I wasn't gonna be able to close until Monday. I didn't know what to do, but Kimberly saved the day by figuring out a way for me to get into the home. On top of that, my Internet was down when I moved in and I couldn't get an appointment for three days. Kimberly so kindly found me a space with an Internet connection so that I could continue to work and did not have to take extra time off. I just don't have enough nice things to say about her and the extent that she goes to for her clients I am so happy that I worked with her. Thank you, Kimberly.
