Alisa was wonderful to work with from start to finish. We provided her with a list from our online…read moresearch of properties so that she knew what we were looking for. Alisa knows the area very well and steered us in the right direction in our home search. When it came time to actually see some of the homes, she helped identify potential issues, provided information on HOA's, fees and easements, and made efficient use of our time by scheduling showings. After 2 full days of showings, we found the home we were looking for. Alisa was extremely helpful in presenting our offer to the seller and through the negotiating process. She also took care of details such as scheduling the home inspection, mold inspection and getting all the fine details worked out with the seller for inspections such as radon, well & septic. The closing went off without a hitch because she made sure everything was taken care of BEFORE closing, eliminating any stress in the whole process. We can't thank her enough and count her as a trusted friend in our move to a new community!

I also wanted to re-key my digital door lock. I called Jerry and he was available within the hour. He was able to get into my house and also re-key my digital lock within an hour as well.

He gave me a fair quote (I know, because I shopped around), was out here in under an hour, and had the job done in about an hour. The total bill was LESS than what he had quoted me. This was a total shocker to me, to say the least. I highly recommend Jerry and his company!

Not only is she calm, kind and helpful she is willing to save the day. Closing went funky. The closing was laid on a Friday and I had packed my truck and my dog and drove out to meet Kimberly at the title company. The appointment was at 3 o'clock on Friday and the loan did not fund correctly due to an error in the wire transfer. Mind you I had already moved out of my previous home and was now two hours away with all of my stuff and a dog late on a Friday. I was told that I wasn't gonna be able to close until Monday. I didn't know what to do, but Kimberly saved the day by figuring out a way for me to get into the home. On top of that, my Internet was down when I moved in and I couldn't get an appointment for three days. Kimberly so kindly found me a space with an Internet connection so that I could continue to work and did not have to take extra time off. I just don't have enough nice things to say about her and the extent that she goes to for her clients I am so happy that I worked with her. Thank you, Kimberly.
