We used Loyal Pet Crematorium during an incredibly painful time. My fiancé handled most of the communication initially because I was inconsolable after losing my pet. The obituary they published was pieced together from details he provided, but it read very juvenile and choppy, and didn't reflect the dignity or depth of what she meant to us. I ultimately had to step in and write a more elegant, flowing obituary myself and ask that it be used instead. Unknowingly, they misspelled my son's name on both the obituary and the Christmas card they sent that year. While the card itself was likely meant as a kind gesture, I didn't need to be reminded of my grief that way. A simple, accurate acknowledgment on their website would have been more appropriate. The urn my son chose was perfect and truly appreciated. However, I was uncomfortable that they cut her fur to give to us prior to cremation. While their heart was in the right place, it wasn't something we wanted or were emotionally prepared for. This is deeply sensitive work that requires exceptional attention to detail and emotional awareness. While there were thoughtful elements, the overall experience fell short at a time when care, precision, and understanding mattered most. read more

Kristen is the most compationate person I have ever had the pleasure to meet, when I desperately needed a nice someone to help me take care of beloved pets, Dusty - one of our many feline friends, and most recently, Puddles - a Shih Tzu, the last of of our family of canine children to cross the Rainbow Bridge. Kristen was a really great help when help was really needed. You don't think of cremation services often, but I am sure glad Loyal Companion Pet Cremation services is there when the need arises. In a very difficult time Loyal Companion Pet Cremation made the final arrangements a little easier. We weren't sure what we wanted to do with our dog he got sick and it happened fast. It wasn't something we had talked about. I found them on line and felt good with the fact that they guaranteed that we would get his ashes back.
