I'm following up on my initial review for this facility. I went to Southwoods urgent care center day before yesterday Oct 14 . When I went to rapid care I specifically asked the young PA whether I had wax in my ear as previously I had an impaction with hearing loss years ago. She said I had minimal wax and my ear was normal. The competent PA at Southwoods insisted I had significant wax and they first tried to flush it then he manually pulled out big clumps out of both ears !! I saw it . My hearing immediately improved also. And they had the nerve to not even help with regard to my flight. Pure incompetence. I am a doctor that has covered hospital Emergency rooms and I was insulted by the care I didn't receive at their center. I shouldn't have to pay them and I expect an apology and a call from the supervising doctor . read more

My elderly mother stubbed her toe and tore off the toenail. She's on blood thinners, so we weren't able to get the bleeding to stop at home. I took her to 910 Rapid Care for treatment. The nurse practitioner and entire staff worked well together to stop the bleeding. They were caring and compassionate. Very professional. read more

Worst experience I have ever had- I went there on November 19 because I was feeling dizzy I got car sick and had to throw up when I went into the bathroom they cleared out the room, ok I get that because of COVID 19 - when I came out I was told I had COVID because I threw up and it is a symptom- the Nurse was Rude - she Never asked me what was going on or what I was feeling I told them I was a Truck Driver and the Nurse told me that I am around a lot of people so I have COVID- she doesn't know Shit - I see 3 people every day - I feel like I was profiled - I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THEM - THEY SUCKED !!! read more

Dr. Ellis is awesome. The NP Jessica is awesome. The rest of the staff was nothing but rude to me. On Thursday I was told to come in on the following Wednesday and Dr. Ellis wanted to see me. I came in today. Linda the nurse practitioner was so rude to me kept pressing on my swollen lymph nodes and cyst in my lower abdominal and then yelled at me for moving because I was in so much pain. Told me nothing was wrong even though I'm in severe pain and The nurse was very nice and appeasing for the day. I also haven't gone to the bathroom in 12 days and she decided it was an unnecessary issue. read more

I am very disappointed with my experience at 910 RapidCare. Before going in, I called the office to ask if they offer the test and treatment for something of which I was experiencing symptoms. I was told yes. So, I go in and pay an expensive $75 copay to be seen first by an EMT who took my vitals. Then I was seen by the NP who assessed and discussed my symptoms. It was determined that a blood test be run. I have great veins and have never had a problem giving blood - which surprised me when the EMT sticking me couldn't hit my vein. The doctor came in and confirmed what the nurse (and I) had supposed. I was told that after they get the test results, they would call in the prescription and I could administer it myself. HOWEVER, when the test results come back, they tell me that I can NOT administer the prescription myself. Additionally, they REFUSED to administer it either. They instead are trying to refer me to the ER where I will be forced to pay an even higher copay for it to be administered. They were not honest when: 1) they told me they would be able to treat me (twice), and 2) when they said they could call in the script for me to treat myself. Medical treatment is hard enough, let alone when you are deceived by health professionals about a clinic's ability to treat you. EDIT: After being very angry with them on the phone, they called around and found a place that would take me for only the cost of the medication. A great help, thanks. read more

Went here for covid testing first they tell me I have it my results come back negative they took forever to get back to me, I would call their line for an update and I was hung up on MULTIPLE times, the one front desk receptionist was so rude to me. Called them to email my records or fax them I was transferred to a line that they IGNORED never returned my calls. So I had to drive there myself to obtain my records. NEVER AGAIN read more

The staff was so unbelievably rude to me for no apparent reason. When I called ahead of time, they told me that I could come in and get a COVID test with no problem. Then I arrived at the facility in less than 5 minutes and the same lady told me that I couldn't get in for another 4 days. This place is a joke. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. read more

I go here all the time - the care is superior, the staff friendly and helpful and Dr. Ellis has a manner quite unlike most doctors; he cares and it shows. Most urgent care facilities don't have an MD on staff during all hours - this one does. Dr. Ellis has worked the ER at St Elizabeth's for more than 20 years and now runs this Rapid Care. Visited on Friday at 10am for X-ray of hand. After they took the X-ray, they told me they don't have a radiologist on staff, so someone would read it over the weekend and notify me of results. They were out of splints, so wrote a script for a splint and sent me around town trying to locate one. Didn't hear from them by Monday morning. Called for results and was put on hold, waited 10 minutes, then they disconnected me. Called back and left a message for someone to return my call with radiology results. No return call for 5 hours. Called back and was told the radiologist never read xrays over the weekend, and now they can't find the Friday X-ray, come in and take another. I've been sitting here for an hour and there are 4 people ahead of me, none have gone yet. So it's Monday at 5pm and I still don't know if my hand is broken from a Friday 10am X-ray. This place is complete chaos and disorganization. read more

I took my son there on a Sunday at 3:45. Their website stated they were open until 4:00. He had just started complaining of a sore throat. The doors to the entrance were unlocked but interior doors were locked. I could hear voices inside saying I think someone is at the door. Someone proceeded to peek around the wall but did not come to the door. I called the number and heard prompts, the phone then went dead. Another staff member peeked around the wall and said they are still there. I checked the website again and it said there were 10 minutes until the business closed. My son and I went to our car and waited. We watched a staff member come out pulling their hood down over their head jump into a car and drive away. I have never experienced such poor conduct from a medical facility. I was embarrassed for them. I took my son to Hometown Urgent Care in Poland and we were seen promptly, examined thoroughly and treated so well. We have been to 910 Rapid Care before and I am sure that the staff member who ran out hiding his face was not Dr. Ellis. What a poor image these employees have set for this business owner. Their job is to care for the sick. Shameful. read more
