The person who finished the polish for me, grabbed a cuticle cutter from her previous client to nip something off my nail. I was horrified by it all. I am a public health professional and this is unsanitary and dangerous. I don't know if the student was required to provide her own tools or what the situation was, but I probably won't be back.
