We texted Alex around 7:30 pm on a Tuesday, received a text back 8 minutes later, and the job was done & left clean as a whistle by 9:30 the next morning! We felt confident that they would dispose of the e-waste and batteries, for example, in a responsible way (we made a separate pile for those items to make it easier for them to spot them). We would absolutely hire them again for any clean up job! Thanks so much, Alex and crew, for a fantastic job and for exemplifying a sound, reasonably priced, and planet friendly business model! These Guys Are Good…read more.... My wife and I rearranged our garage and found 3 things to haul away. I forgot my 2 excellent experiences with It's All Good.....the 1st in 2018 and 2nd in 2023.....and started to look through Yelp. Then I remembered It's All Good and immediately gave them a call. It was a Monday and we scheduled our pickup for 10 AM on Thursday. Around 345 PM on Wednesday afternoon, I got a call from Sandra, the owner (with her husband), saying a truck was in the area and could they drop by 430-5 PM. I said sure. At 430 PM, she sent a text to say they'd arrive at 445 PM. They pulled up right on time. Two guys came out and, even though it was the end of a long day, they couldn't have been nicer. They checked the items, decided how to handle things and were back on their way within 3 minutes. I paid the "minimum charge" of $95 for a pickup and waved goodbye. Next time we need to remove some large or bulky items from the house, I'll make sure not to forget "It's All Good Junk Removal".

They followed all of my instructions carefully and made sure my belongings--especially fragile and breakable items--were packed securely and with great care. What stood out most was how thoughtful they were throughout the process. With kids in the home, they made sure everything stayed safe and organized while they worked, which gave me so much peace of mind. They arrived right on time, worked quickly, and even finished earlier than expected. I scheduled them for three hours, and they got everything done in just two. Tyson was especially helpful--he went above and beyond by offering useful moving advice and pointing out a few things I should consider packing separately or taking care of before the actual move. That kind of insight was incredibly helpful during what can be a stressful process. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing packing assistance. They made this part of the moving process so much easier, and I'll definitely be using them again for the move itself.
