Other services include: feathers, nails ($17 for basic), pedicure ($35 for basic), make up ($25 for application, $30 for lesson), waxing ($10 brow/chin/lip/nose, $30+ bikini), tanning ($5 for one visit, massage ($55 for 60 mins of full body), hot stone massage ($65 for an hour)...and even facial and body treatments. Had a very BAD experience with Bekka. She cut my hair WAY TOO SHORT. The color on my white roots DID NOT TAKE, but she didn't offer to recolor it. She cut it so short that in spots all that Is left are my white roots! I asked her to only trim off the new growth, which she could tell by looking at the length of my white roots. I even showed her several pictures of how I wanted my hair cut and styled, but what she did was nothing like my pictures. I wish I could post pictures! My hair just looks HORRIBLE! What am I to do now? I wanted to just tip 10%, but the credit card screen started tips at 15%. Also, when I got my massage, the massage therapist automatically added a 20% tip. I was planning on tipping her 20%, but didn't like the fact that she added it and then just told me about it. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE! :( read more

I'll start by saying the girls we met here were very friendly and confident, this is why they get 2 stars instead of one. When you go the website you expect a "real Spa" in every sense of the word, but I'm afraid you will be greatly disappointed. THE AMBIANCE: Walking in you get a feeling of being unkept. It was not filthy, (or I would have left) but it was VERY cluttered. The makeup and brushes just sitting open to the air right in front and all the little crappy trinket/items for sale stuffed in every little space. There was barley any hair products for sale and no body cared at all from what I could tell - isn't it a spa/salon?? They have 2 nice pedicure spas if you don't mind being right in front of everyone including the front door. They have 2 rooms they use for treatments that I passed to get to the shampoo area - which got messier and even more cluttered as we passed the desk (if that is possible). OUR SERVICES: The woman doing my hair was nice and I was glad she knew how to use the nozzel for the blow dryer as she dried my hair. She came across confident but it became clear that she needed a little more education - the scalp treatment she gave me used a brush as if you were 'teasing" my hair while scraping my scalp; isn't that damaging (Yes). You are suppose to use a comb holding it vertical while scraping a horizontal part. The scalp massage was missing too even tho I asked for it when booking. Then, I don't know if it was the product she used on me under the dryer or the oil she applied to 'smooth' my hair was also applied to my scalp, but when she was done it was SUPER GREASY looking and it took me 3 shampoos to get it out at home! Again I will say she was very nice, and this was the only service I had done. My partner on the other hand was having a surprise European Facial for her Birthday - the only reason we ended up here. The girl was pretty late which wasn't a big deal to us as we are patient and had no time constraints. The problem was however that the entire service was less than 45 minutes. It was cut short apparently she was on a time constraint as she left immediately after. I will give a point for the service being discounted - BUT this was her Birthday present and should have been the full service, not the SUPER rushed version. What was also found to be inappropriate was the sign in the treatment room stating something to the effect of Leaving tips gives good Karma. Well - if they feel the need to post this maybe they should consider just how the treatment is being given. Tips are for a job WELL DONE, and most people have experienced real spas so I can see why they are not tipping. We did tip because as I stated it was 2 stars not one and I didn't know about the sign when I paid. CONCLUSION: If you don't mind a really laid-back atmosphere and have never been to a spa before, you will probably enjoy yourself here.This place has a Lot of potential, but falls way short if you are looking for a Real Spa atmosphere and experience. I would suggest to the owner that all of the employees go to a nice Aveda type Spa in a city and have a treatment to compare where they are seriously lacking. Some classes and shows are always helpful too - we can never stop learning. read more

My wife and I stop here every chance we get during our vacations in St Ignance. Sue and Jessica have a wealth of knowledge and the desire to give that knowledge out to those who need it most. We go away refreshed and renewed "they touch our soul" and make us feel like family ever time. They are friendly and selfless and a pleasure to know. Most of all trusted to relieve our aches and pains! We both get manicures and pedicures along with an hour massage. So grateful to fine this jewel!! I have had my hair cut and styled here twice,by two different stylists and have been extremely pleased. My hair is very fine and tends to get lanky and stringy,but I don't want to wear it very short. The stylists here have gotten it just right. The salon also features a very nice line of cosmetics and does a great manicure and pedi. I have not gotten color services but the customers who did looked great. I'll be back when ever I am in town! Nice friendly service, very clean and professional! read more

Only meeting her the day before for a trial run, she did a beautiful and perfect job on our hair and make-up.
