They have alot of their own products, so alot less commercial brands. With that, you find interesting choices in things like jams, nut butters, chips, yogurts, chocolate, tomato sauces, etc. It's always an experience when you shop at M&S, and for an American, it's cool learning about a few British items or at least the different names they use of items I'm used to. My original message: "I am telling every one of my friends to never shop in this store. I recently ordered a pair of shorts from FreshLabels online store and when it arrived they were dirty and the wrong size. I went to the store to exchange them and they would not accept the exchange as they were dirty and they accused me of cutting the tags off the shorts even though they came like that when I received them. On the website the only size available to buy were the size 26 (which was the size I ordered) but for some reason on my receipt it said size 28 but I didn't think much of it as I figured maybe there was a problem with the SKU and as the store said in their email to me that it was fine to exchange so I didn't think much of it. To top it off now conveniently the shorts are no longer available on the website so I can't prove that I ordered the right size. I am so livid. Don't shop here unless you want to get scammed."
