i wish the experience and service went better than it did .. i booked go get my highlights touched…read moreup here for the first time and it didn't come out as expected. i usually prefer a nice blonde but nothing like a platinum, when discussing the color i was told she couldn't do that without bleaching all of my hair which left me a little confused because the person that i went to previous to this has always been able to do the color i ask for. i figured it wouldn't be hard to lighten up with a little purple or blue shampoo to achieve a color i would like better. the service continues they wash out the bleach, tone, and blowdry like normal and maybe it was the way my hair was parted before i left the salon but when i arrived home and parted my hair and a chunk of my hair is blonde in front and the other side is 'highlighted' but you can still see how much of my natural color is still there. maybe she didn't see it as she was blow drying but when communicating about it she offered to fix it but no refund along with no negotiation about some type of refund for the poor outcome. the service was $200 and it was 4 hours long with no type of money back from the service. i couldn't even pull my hair back to hide it. honestly it was not worth the money or putting my faith in getting it redone after how it came out the first time.
