The gentleman who helped me was amazing. They're car wash is now open. He scrubbed down my entire car before I went through the wash. He also gave me an all purpose cleaner for the inside of my car, along with 5 washes get one free card. There was no line for the car wash! His customer service was great!! Average price on gas and entry from Central or Meeker Street. They will actually pump your gas for you most of the time. I've had no problem like the previous reviewer, but I use a debit card each time. Today they were running a special for 10 cents off gas if you purchased a car wash. Good price for a car wash- best one was around $11. And they scrub your car down first before running through the wash. The vacuums are 25 cents to start it for 1 minute (most other vacuums are at least $1 to start). read more

Well, I stopped here the other day not only because I needed fuel but because I saw the Grand Reopening sign as well as their offer to lower gas prices should you pay cash or buy any car wash service. I am the type of person that completely cannot stand these gas stations that offer cheaper rates for customers who pay cash and normally I don't even waste my time stopping. I mean, who carries cash anymore anyways and especially at the gas station. No one wants to lock up their car and leave it at the pumps while they go inside the store and wait in a line and finally pay what is probably more than the car will take just so that they can walk back into the store and wait in line again to get their change. Am I right? People want to pull up the pump. Jump out and get gas and then be on their way. Anyways, back to my review. I got gas and decided to opt in for the deluxe car wash in order to make my price per gallon go down. So instead of paying $24.00 just for fuel, I ended up paying $34.00 for fuel and a car wash. Makes sense doesn't it? This service station is an old one and the new owners haven't done any upgdates to the facility. They offer the car wash and since I bought the middle of the road one for $10.00, they pressure sprayed my car down with soap and then took brushes to it before I ever even entered the automatic wash. Basically, my car got washed twice but I have to admit that it turned out way better than if I had just taken it through an automatic wash someplace else. This is just an immigrant family trying to live the American dream by owning a gas station but I feel like they have a long way to before they are up to par with most other area stations. The entire time that I was putting fuel into my car, the attendant was sitting in the booth between the pumps just staring at me and that was pretty uncomfortable. He was also the guy who helped me at the car wash with one other guy. I think they both are the only ones running things so if they are tied up at the car wash, you'll have to wait for help at the pump or visa versa. Credit / debit cards NEVER work at the pump. Always requiring me to go inside to pay. Very inconvenient when they have a line. I've reported to them the issue, but they don't seem to care. Update: circumstance forced me to come back to this station a month or so later after my first post. Five out of eleven fill stations are "out of service." This gas station sucks. read more

Okay, we just moved to Kent from Kirkland (it took us a little while to adjust!) this 76 was my regular route 2x a week to fill up my tank until a couple of incidents leading to me never wanting to go back and also letting people know what these guys are actually doing. First incident was when I gave the guys $20.00 to fill my tank - well the pump passed the $20.00 mark and my total showed that I paid $20.50 on the screen outside - i didn't go back in there to say anything thinking the guys just made a mistake. Next time I went back I gave the guy $20.00 but the same thing happened again - My total showed $20.20 this item ( they never gave me a receipt or anything to show that I paid only $20.00) I didn't say anything this time either because I was in a hurry and plus I wasn't going to go back in and tell the guy he gave me 20 cents extra. After my other incidents with them this leads me to believe that they probably take the change out of the till from each customer or every other customer & they end up with some cash at the end of the day. Second - one morning I went in to get my usual gas & a pack of gum, I gave the guy a $100.00 bill - the gum was $3 roughly & $20.00 for gas. After he gave me my change back something told me to count it but i was in such a hurry, I got to work and counted my change & it was only $57 instead of $77. So I called them & spoke with a manager, i think his name is Jesse, he told me that they would count the till and give me a call back either way. Well, i never got a call back so I walked in at the end of the day and he was gone. I still have not heard from him or anyone at this location. Third - thinking that this was all mistakes and they happen, I went back one more time - gave the guy $21.00, i bought a snack which came out to $1 & some change and I wanted the rest in gas. Went to the pump to fill my tank, well the pump stops at $9.37. At this point I try to keep pumping but the pump just stops. I just become sooooo furious. I walked back in and in front of everyone i made a scene. The guy kept telling me that my tank was full & let me tell you $9.37 does not fill up a Mustang tank! so we argued back and forth for a minute and he knew he was in the wrong so he finally just gave me $20.00 in gas. the first couple of incidents I didn't think about at all - I didn't think 50 cents and 20 cents was a big deal for the pump to keep going, the second incident I thought would get resolved but by the time the third incident happened I was just furious and it was obvious to me what these guys are up to. I don't know how secure the security camera's are on the till or even if the manager is on this scheme but if you ever go to this location to get gas and pay in cash make sure you get a receipt and you count your change in front of the cashier. They might be the cheapest on the block but I will never return to this location ever again, they are just a bunch of old Indian guys with no morals or value for other peoples hard earned money! read more

If I could give no stars I would. I just stopped in this station and bought and item. That came up a few cent over the dollar .08 cents to be exact. Thinking I'd just use the take a penny leave a penny where their was a dime and I live right around the corner and leave change all the time it would be no biggie and I could save a dollar. The Hispanic clerk told me I could take one cent he had ten dimes early and now he only has two as if he's using the take a penny leave a penny as his own personal tip jar lets just say I'll walk across the street to the chevron from now on! read more

Their car wash wasn't working - I didn't know until after I paid at the pump. I went in to get receipt - still wasn't told about car wash until I drove up to it. Went back inside and was yelled at by the man. Yelled at - in front of other customers - because I was given a receipt with the car wash charged. I asked for a refund, and was told that I wouldn't be charged for the car wash. I look at my bank, and of course I was! And now can't get a phone number to call them. If I can help it, I won't go back. Be careful there - the assumption is you are a criminal or worse, even if concerns are legitimate! Gas prices are regular but I've had problems with the pump not working... Some of the pumps can only be used if you pay inside... And the car wash is horrible... My car was very dirty after the wash was done! Not worth the 10 bucks. read more

Generally a great station. I also appreciate a gas station where they have attendent who pump the gas especially when it is cold and rainy or if I'm dressed up to go somewhere. However, I noticed over the past year they have one attendant who lacks customer service skills. If you have any issues...stop by in the mornings and let the manager know. read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The managers customer service sucks. I came here to put some gas in my car and one of the new guys pumped the gas, since they will pump for you. I gave the guy $20 I asked can he out $10 regular in. He said sure. He pumped the gas and did not give me my change. So I got out of my car and asked the guy for my change he said "Oh I'm sorry" I thought you said the whole thing. I said no I asked for $10 regular he said ok. Well do you want the $20 in gas. I said no. That is why I asked for $10. He called the manager over and the manager said "Oh well you got $20 dollars now"! "What you want me to do give you your $10". I said yes! He was so rude about the mistake that one of his new workers made. The guy that made the mistake went in his wallet and tried to give me the $10 since he made the mistake. The manager told him if you give it to her you are fired right now. The guy apologized and then the manger called the police. The police ended up showing up and the manager said the he could take $10 worth of gas out of my tank. He made a big fuss over something so simple. In the end he gave me my $10 back and let me keep the gas. He told me to never come back there. Personally I would have kept the $20 in gas if that wasn't all the cash I had on my lunch break.
