    Very helpful, easy to work with and had what I needed on my 1985 Mercedes 190E. The radiator fit like brand new and was fairly priced.

    I Walked in there told Spencer the parts I needed, the young man went and got the air filters. My…read morecar has two sets of air filters. I asked the young man if all four filters were in that box he said yes. I asked him if he had opened the box to be sure! He looked at me like I was stupid and said yes! I said it again there's four filters in that box, once again he said yes ma'am! Needless to say I drive all the way back home and there is not four filters in that box there's two! So three minutes before they close I start calling to tell them I'm on my way back. Because my old filters were left there, he told me all the new ones were in the box I didn't need the old ones. They were not answering the phone! When I arrived back at store, they were closed, but still inside and told me to dumpster dive for my filter! I went and dug through dumpster, got gas all over myself from dumpster! They weren't even in the dumpster! I went back to door and asked if they'd look in the trash inside for it! He found it and proceeded to be hateful! Brought the filter to the side door! I figured I was there about 15 minutes arguing with the guy to just give me my filter back out of the trash! I went back today to make a complaint, the same young man was there again. This time insinuate that drug addicts knock on their door after it's locked, and started raising his voice at me, telling me that they were closed they didn't have to give me my part back. My car would not run without it. The car is a Mercedes Benz! It seems every time I go into this place they don't know what they're looking for or they give me the wrong part! Never in my life have I ever been treated so horribly and it was not my mistake it was theirs!

    Be careful buying a used vehicle if you are female and a senior citizen at this local Jeep…read moredealership.I bought a 2 yr old suv 30 days ago with low miles on it. They said it had minor scratches on fender and would fix everything, they did not. It has been in for repairs 2 tines and needs a 3rd! The sales-manager, Don, said I will call you back tomorrow and make it right with you. Let me get some numbers together." He did not call for four days so I called him then , I went into the shop in person. He did not meet me he sent a young salesman. I offered to buy a more expensive car if he would give me my money back on my car as he said it would make it right but what he offered was $4000 less than I paid for it . It has been in the shop two times and needs a third and I had to buy new tires. I ask how that was making it right and they said that they could not lose money. I ask how that was making it right they had no answer for me. I thought buying local was supporting my community. It turns out my local dealership does not care about local senior women in this case..
