HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I spoke with the owner, Andy, several times this week about a used Tracker I was interested in. We settled on a price and when we last spoke I told him I was gonna hire a shipping company. I asked if he wanted a deposit and was told no. The last thing that was said was that if anyone walks in there and shows interest, please call me ASAP. Andy assured me that he would. HE LIED. I sent TWO emails last evening asking him to call me first thing to arrange full payment as I had just hired a shipping company. I had to call three times this morning and when I FINALLY got him I was told that he sold it this morning. He said "Well, that's how we do things." Well Andy, where I come from, that's NOT how we do things. I'm now out money that I paid to the shipping company because 72 Marine chose to not call as they should have. Thanks for an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. NEVER would I recommend this scoundrel. read more
