I was driving behind their black van last week and saw their business advertisement on the back and…read moresides for mobile car washing services. It's been more than a month since our local full-service car wash places closed due to COVID-19 restrictions, so all three of our cars were filthy since we can't use our household tap water to wash them ourselves because of the high mineral content. I called the phone number on the van and spoke with the owner, Chris Ortega, and confirmed he was indeed open for business and we scheduled an appointment for today for him to come to our home to do all of our cars. Chris provides all of his own purified water from a tank mounted inside his van and uses all of his own car cleaning products. He stayed in touch to confirm our appointment and then showed up on time for it. He and one other guy went right to work and did a great job on all three cars in about 45 minutes. They pressure-washed all the bugs and desert dust and sand off of them first, then soaped and scrubbed them with soft brushes, rinsed everything with purified water, towel-dried the cars from front to back, hand-washed all the outside windows, and dressed all the tires. Total cost was $20 each for two large SUVs and one small sports car. We are happy with the outcome and would definitely use them again. Glad to see a local business still open for service while observing safe social distancing. Hope to see Chris and Safe Clean continue to do well.

Price increases up to $200 if you're "living in a trash can" per the owner. Now...I keep my car fairly clean. So clean to the point that when I brought it in Robert, the owner, he said, "You're car is clean - why do you want to get it detailed?" to which I replied, "Make it cleaner". His question was already unsettling to me. I've read about detailing and if I keep my car clean and I bring it to you that means I want my car pristine - fresh off the lot clean. Especially for $120 + a 20% tip. Well guess what? My car was not pristine. It was cleaned, but not to the level I wanted it to be. There was still residue in the gear stick that had been there. He didn't get the stain out in the back seat. There were black stains on the exterior that I think splashed from whatever chemical he was using.... All in all I wasn't too happy. Maybe my expectations are unrealistic, but if I give you a car that is pretty clean and you're gonna charge me $120 then take it to the next level of clean. I want my baby Pristine. The owner is pretty curt and straight to the point which I was 100% okay with. I called first thing Monday and they were able to get me in and take care of my car. Danny and the rest of the staff were great. They were super friendly and really tried to work with me as best as they could. The price was absolutely reasonable and they had me on the road Monday afternoon. Hi, I want to leave a review for DNA MVD Title Services located at 2605A N White Sands Blvd. I had…read morea unique problem in that my car was stolen and since I lost the title I needed a replacement title for insurance compensation purposes. I went to NM DMV in Alamogordo about it and after 4 visits all New Mexico DMV would do is give me an 800 number to call in Santa Fe. I asked the office to call them while I was there and was refused that request. I talked to my insurance agent about this issue and one of them in the Alamogordo office recommended DNa Title. Several offices here but luckily the first one I went to was what I needed. I told the Desk Agent my problem and she said she could help, so I left her with the paperwork to start on it. A few weeks later she said she needed an additional document and that I would need to come by and sign it. I did so and after signing I asked how much it will cost. It was under $50 and I put it on a credit card. That was today (06/12/24), and she said the replacement title will be mailed to me in a week or 2. At this point I have to say I am extremely satisfied with DnA Title. From what I can tell there is no need for anyone to go to NM DMV when this excellent service is available as an alternative and at a reasonable price. I have seen one review that is 4 years old complaining about over-charging and I cannot dispute that claim of course. But I do note that a lot of time has gone by and maybe this specific branch was not even there at that time or was just getting started. Anyway I should be receiving my replacement title in about 2 weeks and I will definitely provide an updated review to accurately conclude this one. They are that good so far.

The Company gladly offers "Curb Side Service". This way they can transfer the title inside and bring out the sales receipt for an OUTRAGEOUS amount. The most we have paid for a Title Transfer was $40. This company charged $27 for the Title Transfer and then threw their "Sales Commission" charges of $209.80 under "State of New Mexico Fee." How can you challenge the charge AFTER the service has already been processed. DnA Title Services is taking advantage of customers during this pandemic. Sad to see a company with NO Ethics.
