People often makes the frapps weird, and usually don't do the extra extra caramel. They were spot on. What is better was the service and friendliness of the barista. She didn't just take my order but actually asked about our day, and when my son shared about our beach trip she asked more about that. When I first ordered my Mocha made with "nons," I forgot to say no whip. The barista asked me if I wanted whip, recognizing that I probably didn't based on my order. Since I didn't mention it, she took the time to clarify so that I would get the drink I had intended. Clearly if she had added the whipped cream, it would have been my bad, not hers, which is exactly why I appreciated this small but important question and exceptional customer service. Thank you!
