Inside, clean and tidy. The crew was busy doing their setup for the day - not much chatter at all. I was here for at least an hour before another customer stepped inside so it was quiet. And then when people did start arriving, the scraping chairs on the floor was annoying enough that it was time to go. There are plenty of seats and the power outlets are nearby. As soon as we walked in, it was obvious the three employees did not want customers there. The floor had just been mopped and was still very wet, so I politely asked if they were already closed. No one answered. They just stared at me. The only response I got was from another customer, who told us they were still open for another two hours. When I walked up to place our order, the employee at the register simply stood there with both hands on the counter, staring at me without saying a word or even greeting us. It honestly felt like we were inconveniencing them by ordering. I also asked for the restroom code and was completely ignored. Thankfully, another employee stepped in and gave it to me. The drinks were fine, but customer service is a huge part of the Starbucks experience, and this location completely missed the mark. I genuinely love Starbucks and visit often, but there are too many other locations to choose from to have to ever endure that experience again. I suggest keep driving.

There are various downstairs rooms a large front porch set up with tables and some comfy seating. The location seemed to be popular with the locals as there were several groups located throughout the house either hanging out socially or working. We ordered from an extremely polite and accommodating barista and she was patient while we perused their long list of various coffee flavor concoctions. Although I don't remember the specific ones we ordered they were both pretty good. Although they do not use Torani brand syrups so the flavors did taste a bit synthetic. There are also a lot of various items for sale throughout the shop. I ended up purchasing a little knitted sock that fits on your broom handle to be used as a duster. For only $4 I felt like it was a cute and unique find. I actually wished I bought a couple more as gifts.
