Horrible customer service and will not be visiting again. That one worker needs a reality check, and realize he's losing business by acting snobby and rude.
Unclean and understocked bathrooms. There was a posted sign on the washroom door stating if the washroom needed stocking or cleaning, to tell a worker and you'll get a complementary air freshener. I decided to let a worker know, and they looked at me like I was insane when I asked about the free air freshener saying that it's not real and the company forced them to hang it up. Another worker approached me with the air freshener and said yes that it was free, but that the store has been struggling to keep open with Covid as if it's suddenly my fault.
I double checked if the air freshener was free and walked out. As I drove away, the worker stared my vehicle down standing out in the parking lot and watched me drive off.
As a customer, I felt pretty uncomfortable and not prioritized. I usually expect awesome service from 7-Eleven, but this experience has made me feel otherwise read more
