First he refused ID from another country as proof of age( which was later backed by upper management) than when said person was accompanied by a US citizen the perchase was still refused. We verify this type of behavior by sending in two other with similar circumstances, he also refused to provide services to the supposed foreign language person until they spoke English and confronted with the issue. Why would a person be required to provide ID merely because they are in discussion over the products to be purchased. The person making the purchase was not even required to provide ID but the accompanying person was because they looked like they could be from a foreign country.
